At Home Today

With my new schedule, I am working on site temping 3 days of week and home working on my own thing Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In order to stay productive with my days off, I make sure to make a “to do list.” This list usually contains more than I can reasonably get done in one day. And today because I didn’t sleep well last night, I needed a nap mid afternoon which ate some time.

But I was able to get my big errands complete and enjoy a homemade lunch for myself.

Today’s lunch: fried egg on a wheat bagel with dill havartiĀ cheese and avocado, served on my new Pier One Import plate. Something bright for a gray light snowy day here in Denver.
