First Onion

Fresh onions from the garden are perfect for kabobs. Add some bacon wrapped steak, garden zucchini and yellow pepper and you’ve got some tasty looking kabobs ready for the grill.

Just make sure that you slow cook the kabobs on the top rack. All that bacon fat makes for some mighty flames on the grill, charring all the meat and veggies.

Despite the char, they were still pretty tasty!
