I haven’t had a lot to share this summer. The house has kept me busy and I am still working on getting the studio finished so that I can get down and dirty making art again.
I do have several pages from Tell Your Story to share though.
For this page I used contact paper pulled from our kitchen, a piece of patterned paper I bought in collage and the house and letters came from a reading primer I bought at a yard sale in high school. I realized with this page that even though I have my own home-and am so thankful and excited about it-it isn’t my complete dream home. I’m not sure anyone truly ends up with their dream home.
The photograph of this one didn’t turn out very well. The orange pen I used didn’t provide enough contract to the kraft paper.
The flower paper came from a Paper Source catalog a few years ago.
