Waiting For Summer Craft Projects

If your weather has been anything like mine here in Colorado, you have been spending a lot of time indoors waiting for the few bright spots of sun to show up. Fortunately, I have a 1958 house in my possession that has not seen the light of the 21st century and have found many ways to entertain my rainy days. But for those of you who are not busy un-wallpapering and painting, perhaps some of thess DIY tutorials will keep you busy while you are waiting for summer to come.

Mini Ruffle Frame-from Courtney Janelle Sews blog. Make a quick ruffled frame for a special piece of art.

Fabric Paper Tape- from Annekata‘s blog. This would be a great way to use up all those fabric scraps (that I am so guilty of holding on to.)
*thanks to Rachel Carlson for the heads up on this one.
Burned Flower Broach-from 100 Layer Cake. Create a cute flower with fabric and a flame.
